Brian began his career in real estate in 2005, starting with a small mortgage firm to learn the financial side of the business. He then seized a market opportunity in 2008 and transitioned to the REO side of the business, working as an Asset Manager for one of the "Big 4" banks. Over four and a half years, Brian managed the sale of more than 1,300 properties across 20 different states. In 2011, Brian finally pursued his lifelong dream in real estate investing, leaving his Asset Manager role to focus on investing full time. Since then, he has overseen the purchase, renovation, and sale of over 400 distressed properties in Southern California and has led five apartment syndications in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arizona. With his extensive experience in various areas of real estate, Brian founded Real Report, a platform that provides unbiased and data-driven analysis to make informed decisions in San Diego real estate. In addition to managing Real Report, Brian spends most of his time operating two exceptional companies that he has built with remarkable human beings. Building businesses and teams is more than just a career for Brian; it's his hobby and obsession.
